Argeve Refund Policy

At Argeve, we are committed to providing products that effectively meet your cleaning needs. We encourage you to use our products for at least 14 days before considering a return. If after 14 days you are not satisfied and you are still within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@argeve.com.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will be processed, and changes may no longer be possible. If the cancellation is requested within 24 hours, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to test them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you may return the items within 60 days under our money-back guarantee. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Products

We ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by sending an email to hello@argeve.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a free replacement. Damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive for timely deliveries, but we are not responsible for delays due to external factors, such as carrier issues or customs processing. If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If the address is incorrect and not updated within 24 hours, we will not be able to offer reshipment or a refund.
